True, but wouldn't the C&P link the Sleep Apnea to the service? PCC and VA Specialist do not automatically link your diagnosis to the service, even if you ask them to.

There is no doubt that they will be looking at sleep apnea while they are in the process of rewriting part 4. I expect in the future for the rating schedule to change and to be lower for sleep apnea....
